What you will do:

• Lead the charge in our ServiceNow Alliance business development, from identifying new opportunities to nurturing existing relationships.
• Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ServiceNow, guiding our teams to leverage the platform for transformative client services.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for our ServiceNow strategy.
• Drive innovation and co-develop solutions with ServiceNow, increasing our digital revenue streams.
• Engage with clients, presenting tailored solutions, conducting demos, and communicating the unique benefits of our offerings.
• Stay ahead of the curve with the latest ServiceNow developments and industry practices.

• A robust background with over 12 years in complex and large-scale sales environments.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow technology, showcasing your depth of knowledge in this specific domain.
• Demonstrable experience in a pre-sales architect role, ideally within a consulting environment.
• Proficient in ServiceNow, with a strong grasp of ITSM, HRSD, and GRC.
• A track record of engaging with clients at a strategic level, translating business needs into compelling ServiceNow solutions.
• A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
