Job description: PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS/VENDORS/CONTRACTORS for year 2025-26An International NGO invites applications for pre-qualification from well-established Govt. registered suppliers, manufactures, vendors and contractors having National Tax Number (NTN) registration and GST registration (where applicable) for the following Categories: * General Order Supplier

• Printing & Advertisement
• Shelter/ non-food items (NFI)
• Food

Attachment: 1. Vendor Questionnaire / Declaration form duly filled sign and stamp.Required Document Must be in the following sequence.NO NEED TO SUBMIT ONLY PROFILE IN BOOK FORMATE * Company complete profile.

• Separate set of copy for Non-food items Purchase order amounting 4 million PKR for the period 2020-2024 (minimum 06).
• Separate set of copy for Non-food items Purchase order of any amount for the period 2020-2024 (minimum 10).
• Bank statement
• Last 3 years annual income tax return.
• Annex declaration to be filled.
