Job description: Overview:Join our dynamic team at Taipei Fubon Bank, where we prioritize innovation and excellence in serving our corporate clients. We are seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to enhance our Corporate Banking efforts and drive growth in our portfolio.Responsibilities:

• Manage and enhance the existing portfolio while developing quality trade finance business relationships and other financial products in alignment with the Bank’s strategy and vision.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective corporate/commercial clients by providing tailored financial solutions in corporate lending and trade financing.
• Participate in the origination and structuring of syndicated loans, review credit facilities, conduct thorough credit analysis, and prepare comprehensive credit proposals.
• Customize financial solutions for working capital and other financial products required by corporate clients.
• Focus on Large Corporates, including PRC and Multi-National Customer segments.
• Collaborate with risk management and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Banking, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years’ relationship management experience in Corporate Banking, with a proven track record in executing syndicated loans or project finance.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in cultivating new client relationships and achieving portfolio growth.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Relationship Manager.
• Short notice is highly preferred.
