Job description: Practice Manager – Medical GP Practice – KildareAn expanding GP Centre in Kildare has an opportunity for a Medical Practice Manager.The Role:Daily responsibility for managing the practice
Recruiting, training and managing administration staff
Delivering a good quality service to the patients and their families
Compliance
Overseeing appointments and system
communication with all staff GP’s, Nurses, Admin and cleaners
Health and safety of the staff and patients
Managing the practice budget
Ensuring IT systems are developed and maintained
Monitoring patient satisfaction and dealing with complaints
Arranging appointment’s and hospital consultant visits with pharmaceutical
company reps
Keeping up with Data protection
Help and plan for additional services for the practice , work closely with the
HSE in primary care to deliver best care for the patients.Required:Dedicated to upholding clinical guidelines, standards, and best practices.
Extensive experience evaluating clinical data, compiling reports
conducting patient evaluations, and developing successful care plans.
Dependable, patient-focused leader with exceptional organisation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Consciousnesses and extremely reliable
Flexible
Capable of working under pressure
