• Develops and implements comprehensive quality control strategies and test procedures to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provides formalized documentation for every step of the new product introduction process, including quality control plans, PFMEAs, quality card etc.
• Participates in development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to mitigate process risks.
• When needed performs failure analysis investigations on products, components, or processes to determine the failure modes and mechanisms to support the root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions. Documents and communicate findings through comprehensive reports, including the analysis methodology, results, and recommendations.
• Analyzes and interprets process data, including measurements, test results, and statistical analysis, to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of quality control measures and make recommendations for process improvements.

Background:

• 1. Background in electrical, insulating, or mechanical.
• 2. 3~5 years of experience in R&D, production and quality of high-pressure/medium-voltage products
• 3. Fluent in spoken and written English.
• 4. Master’s degree or above

• 1. Capable to work to work under pressure
• 2. Good communication and coordination skills
• 3. Ability and willingness to learn quickly
