• Process incoming orders accurately;
• Verify order details and coordinate with internal teams;
• Fulfill and resolve issues and discrepancies related to billing promptly;
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and contracts;
• Maintain detailed records of processed invoices;

Requirements:Requirements:

• Speak and write Portuguese (B2+) and English (B2+) fluently;
• Have strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
• Are able to multitask effectively and prioritize workload in a fast-paste environment;
• Have excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills;
• Are experienced in relevant software systems (e.g., S4Hana, VIM);
