  • Asset Management: Supported financial modelling, internal valuations, KPI tracking, and strategic performance reviews across the portfolio in collaboration with asset management teams.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Reviewed financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Capital Raising Support: Assisted in creating pitchbooks, investment models, and structuring financial/legal frameworks for debt and equity capital raising initiatives.
  • Investment Evaluation: Conducted detailed financial modelling, market research, due diligence, and risk assessments to evaluate acquisition opportunities and inform investment decisions.
  • Strategic & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborated with internal and external stakeholders, contributed to internal strategy projects, and prepared presentations for senior leadership and investment committees.

About You

  • Qualified Accountant (Big 4/Top 10 trained) with 5+ years of post-qualification experience in practice and/or industry.
  • 3-5 years in real estate investment or asset management with institutional portfolios; familiarity with multiple property types and capital markets.
  • Exceptional quantitative skills, financial modelling, market analysis, and ability to assess macroeconomic and real estate fundamentals.
  • Proven track record of delivering quality work under pressure, with strong organizational habits, ownership, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent Communication and Team Skills
