Job description: Key ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of the fund including investment strategy, securities and fixed income products selection, investment process, research process trading products;Work with the team on continuing to enhance the performance of the fund(s) by refining the fixed income products selection process and broadening the market coverage;Develop fundamental, quantitative and/or technical decision-making models;Analyze fixed income market trends and obtain updated trends in the industry of macroeconomic environment and other relevant information;Participate in the ad-hoc strategic projects of asset management.RequirementsDegree holder in Finance or Accounting or related discipline(s), CFA will be advantageous;Minimum 6 years of managing China fixed income portfolio;Prior experience managing SFC authorized public fund (experience as KIP) preferred.Proven track record in managing institutional size capital and candidates with solid quant-investing expertise would be highly preferred;Good understanding of the Chinese bond market;Demonstrable strong econometric, analytical and statistical skills;Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and a quick learner who can work under pressure with a detail-oriented mindset;Good written and verbal communication capabilities in both English and Mandarin.All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
