In redefining tomorrow’s urban living, we must understand what living is and provide a platform which enables those who connect with Vita, be it residents, investors, colleagues or the local communities we serve to have the best possible opportunities to flourish.Our Portfolio Management AnalystThe Portfolio Management team operates across student and residential brands within Vita Group, providing nuanced insights into commercial performance and KPIs for both internal and external stakeholders; Our role of Portfolio Management Analyst will be dedicated to supporting the team and the wider business with regular reporting requirements, data analysis and financial modelling:

• Run regular reports and analysis based on the existing reporting calendar
• Perform data quality checks for the information contained within systems
• Cross check and consolidate information across various teams and systems
• Assist rolling-out pricing and promotion updates across all brands
• Support team members and other internal stakeholders with ad hoc analysis and financial modelling
