Make it your next move.Join us, and become a Heartist®Job DescriptionWe are looking for a strategic and ambitious senior leader who can help shape the future of revenue management: drive revenue growth across a portfolio of our iconic hotels and brands, nurture high-performance teams and shape emerging capability, and be at the helm of sector-leading technology as we roll it out across our global operations.As Portfolio Director of Revenue Management, you will lead the revenue team and work within our Portfolio Shared Services structure, to optimize our revenue performance and achieve our business goals. You will formulate and execute revenue strategies for our hotels, collaborate with the executive team on long-term business plans, develop our revenue community of practice internally and externally, and identify and inspire talent growth. You will prioritize recognition, comprehensive support, and career development amongst your team, and receive the same in return as you grow your career as a Heartist® with Accor.This role can be based at one of the hotels at the various locations, or for the right person and remote work arrangements may be considered.You will;
