Job description: Job Description:Danske Bank is seeking an experienced Portfolio Analyst with a solid background in business analysis and extensive experience in data management. As a Portfolio Analyst, you will have the crucial task of refining requests into documented, build-ready use cases. This role involves maintaining a comprehensive portfolio view of Danske Bank’s product ecosystem, introducing new products, extending existing products, and managing the retirement of outdated products. You will also be involved in product certification and maintaining maturity scores, contributing significantly to our portfolio.In this role, you will be part of a collaborative team that operates in a federated agile setup with a flat hierarchy and a customer-focused approach. Your contributions will directly influence the bank’s strategic initiatives and enhance customer satisfaction through the adoption of data products.As a Portfolio Analyst, you will
You will maintain a comprehensive portfolio view of all data products within Danske Bank’s ecosystem. Collaborating with IT and business units to align data products that maximize the bank’s portfolio value will be central to your role. You will engage with stakeholders at various levels to ensure data products meet business needs and strategic goals.Furthermore, you will
- Participate in use-case discovery and specification processes.
- Contribute to lifecycle management, including the introduction, extension, and retirement of products.
- Ensure all data products meet certification standards and achieve required maturity scores.
We imagine that you have
- 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst role.
- Experience in managing data solutions or product lifecycles within a complex portfolio ecosystem.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work in a rapid, agile environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large data sets and complex structures.
- Proficiency in using tools and technologies relevant to product lifecycle management.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages used in Danske Bank locations is a plus.
