• Build and maintain strong relationships with program leads across New Business initiatives, serving as the Technology Risk Management (TRM) liaison to support technology and security risk compliance.
• Promote awareness of information security policies and strategies, ensuring alignment with program goals that foster a culture of compliance and risk consciousness.
• Translate complex technology and security standards into actionable control requirements to support business deployment and operationalization.
• Share best practices and perform trend analysis to advise on business and cross-functional strategies for managing risk and compliance, driving continuous improvement and automation of controls.
• Guide and oversee the development of a comprehensive program risk register, including risks tied to mergers, acquisitions, and critical third-party relationships.
• Support risk identification efforts by tracking compliance trends, spotting red flags, and raising awareness around exception handling and escalation protocols.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
• Prior experience working across teams and geographies to identify and implement best practices in risk management.
• Understanding of current and emerging technologies and their associated risks.
• Familiarity with risk management processes, including techniques for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks.
• Solid technical background in IT infrastructure, applications, and systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in policy and documentation.
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach and strong personal initiative.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of client systems, technologies, or risk management programs is desirable, but not mandatory.
