The company is committed to providing their customers with top-notch products and services.Our clinet is looking for a highly skilled Plant Manager to join their team.Job Overview:As the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing plant in Most. You will be responsible for managing a team of production workers, ensuring the efficient operation of the plant, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will work closely with other department heads to ensure the smooth operation of the plant and the achievement of company goals.Key Responsibilities:– Manage and oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing plant– Directly involved in Sales activities with key account clients, focus on Germany market– Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs– Ensure that production targets are met and quality standards are maintained– Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement– Manage and develop a team of production workers, providing training and support as needed– Collaborate with other department heads to develop and implement company policies and procedures– Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with company and legal standards– Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products to customers– Monitor and control production costs to ensure profitability– Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees– Identify and resolve any production issues in a timely manner– Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors– Keep up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices in production processesQualifications:– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field– Minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role– Strong knowledge of production processes and techniques– Excellent leadership and communication skills– Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions– Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software– Knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations– Fluent in Czech and English (both written and spoken), German is an advantageWe Offer:– Competitive salary and benefits package– Opportunity for professional growth and development– Dynamic and supportive work environment– Chance to work with a leading company in the industry– Relocation assistance for non-local candidatesIf you are a highly motivated and experienced Plant Manager looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
