Location: Montreal
Salary : 90K-120K depending on experience

Reporting directly to the CFO, the Plant Controller will have the following responsibilities:– Provides an accurate & timely reporting on results & KPIs (budget, actual, forecasts) for the plant
(financial & operational reporting)
– Ensures costs follow-up and control of flows at plant level
– Checks and challenges upstream master data needed for inventory valuation and product
costing (bill of materials…)
– Reports and explains in a fact-based and transparent manner his assessment of the plant
performance based on day-to-day interactions with business owners
– Takes active part into field actions / plant management routines and analyzes operating events
to anticipate their potential impacts on financials and to identify improvement levers
– Supports plant manager in building & implementing performance action plans. Ensures
adequate tracking is in place to assess impacts of actions plans on financial results
– Other related taksQualifications
– CPA, an important asset
– Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
– Ability to take initiative
– Bilingual environment
– Strong work ethic and great attention to detail
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Leadership
