As part of the E2E Planning Transformation department, your role will be to lead the planning solution enablement team, providing strategic direction and leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Your daily activities include:

• Fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment that drives continuous improvement of planning solutions
• Developing, maintaining, and regularly updating comprehensive documentation for all planning systems and processes
• Ensuring documentation is accurate, accessible, and adheres to compliance and regulatory standards
• Coordinating and delivering expert-level support for planning solutions, addressing complex issues and ensuring timely resolutions as well as reliable user assistance
• Driving user capability development through training programmes, building and maintaining a robust super user network for ongoing support and knowledge sharing
• Maintaining system stability and performance, proactively identifying and addressing potential system issues

We are seeking a driven and passionate manager to support our vision, set a strategic direction, and lead transformation – approaching every challenge with determination and a constant curiosity. You’ll bring with you:

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, economics, or another related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar management role within supply chain planning or solution enablement, ideally within a FMCG sector
• A proven track record in demand planning, inventory management, supply chain planning, or supply chain optimisation as a super user or planning manager
• Experience with supply chain systems and tools, such as SAP or advanced planning software, along with knowledge of system stability and performance monitoring tools
• Expertise in training programme development and user capability enhancement and familiarity with regulatory compliance in supply chain operations
