Job description: The Planning/Scheduler Engineer is responsible for planning and scheduling various project workloads. Ensures that assignment and scheduling of work follow company policy. DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION: Prepare short and long-term resource allocation plans based on input from the project team. Develop detailed task lists and work effort assessments. Identify changes in the work scope in the project plan. Gather actual data, update project schedules, and develop reliable schedule forecasts with support from the project team. Lead development of baseline schedule and support Project Manager (PM) in Integrated Baseline Review (IBR). QUALIFICATIONS: The candidate must be a graduate of BS Civil or any relevant courses Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in Planning/Scheduler Must have experience in roads or bridge projects or any infrastructure project Proficient in MS Office, MS. Project, and Primavera. Can handle multiple projects. Possesses strong planning & project management skills Strong, multitasking abilities Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines. Willing to work in Makati Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
