Job description: Planning OfficerApplications are invited for the position of Planning Officer in Roadstone Ltd to be based in Belgard, Tallaght.The successful candidates will have a key role in the delivery of a variety of projects within the extraction, manufacturing, energy, and waste fields of Roadstones businessThe person appointed will report to the Director of Planning, Environment and Property.The role will involve:Management of a range of planning application projects for various developments including extraction, manufacturing, and waste developmentsManagement of consultants involved in the preparation of planning applications, waste licences trade discharge licencesReviewing and editing technical reports in relation planning applications, EIAR, AA, waste licence applications, trade dischargeAdvising on planning compliance within the companyAbout the roleCandidates should ideally possess:Planning or related 3rd level qualificationExperience /knowledge of the Irish planning system and EIA regulationsGood report writing skillsStrong organisation, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbout the companyRoadstone is a founding company of the CRH Group a leading diversified international building materials group headquartered in Ireland.Required CriteriaDesired CriteriaSkills you’ll need
