Responsibilities:Our newest opportunity is for a talented Planning Engineer to join our team in Al Ain, UAE.

• Creating detailed project schedules using software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project, ensuring all activities and milestones are identified.
• Tracking the progress of the project, identify any delays, and implement corrective actions to stay on schedule.
• Coordinating and allocate resources effectively, ensuring that manpower, materials, and equipment are available when needed.
• Identify potential risks related to project timelines and develop mitigation strategies.
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for the project manager, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Supporting the project team in controlling project costs by ensuring work is completed on schedule and within the allocated budget.
• Liaising with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment of schedules and resolve any discrepancies.
• Continuously analyze the schedule and suggest improvements or adjustments to increase efficiency.
• Ensuring all work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Assessing the impact of scope changes or variations on the project schedule and communicate these impacts effectively to the project team.

Qualifications:To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 8+ years work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Architecture or Engineering.Experience gained from working on large-scale infrastructure related projects in UAE is being looked for.KEO’s performance is founded upon integrity, results, innovation, safety and our people.
