• Develop and oversee the entire program of work/projects.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate planning activities.
• Select appropriate techniques and logical sequences for project activities.
• Input work breakdown structure information for accurate forecasting.
• Set up alerts for contractual and milestone dates.
• Verify critical paths and interfaces between design, engineering, procurement, and execution.
• Monitor progress against baseline plans and update schedules.
• Prepare fortnightly progress and KPI reports.
• Maintain live Gantt charts and weekly plan updates.
• Conduct resource planning meetings and develop resource histograms.
• Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts (histograms/S curves).
• Analyze deviations and highlight areas of concern.
• Perform probabilistic analysis of completion dates and alternatives.
• Prepare and update three-week and three-month look-ahead schedules.
• Liaise with team leaders and members to communicate required dates.
• Participate in schedule review, progress, and coordination meetings.
• Identify work logic related to containment, cable laying, and termination.
• Identify, record, and present causes of delay.
• Utilize excellent documentation and communication skills.

What We’re Looking For:

• ✔ B.E. in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics engineering.
• ✔ Masters in Project Management or relevant programs (preferred).
• ✔ PMP or relevant certification (advantage).
• ✔3-5 years of experience in planning medium to large-scale projects.
• ✔ Strong familiarity with project management software (Project Professional, Primavera).
• ✔ Experience with Power BI and Dashboards (plus).
• ✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• ✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
