And you can maximize your work-life balance and flexibility through our .Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Lead a team of supply chain professionals responsible for both logistics execution and integrated demand/supply planning to optimize network costs and ensure customer satisfaction.Drive collaboration across sales, operations, and other functions to align short and medium, supply chain strategies with business objectives and day-to-day operation.Ensure the successful execution of logistics and supply chain planning processes, delivering efficient operations while balancing service quality and cost.Key Responsibilities may include:

• Develop and implement logistics strategies that support revenue growth, optimize costs, and deliver the highest service levels to customers.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and planning teams to create short, medium, and long-term demand and supply forecasts, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Lead the integrated demand, supply, and transport review process within the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) framework, driving efficient planning and decision-making.
• Oversee the continuous planning and optimization of the supply chain network, balancing service delivery with cost efficiencies.
• Manage the coordination of cross-functional teams to improve planning capabilities, reduce operational costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in strategic supply chain projects, contributing to business and operational strategies that drive long-term success.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of logistics and demand/supply planning professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Ensure data integrity across logistics and planning processes, producing accurate reports and insights to support ongoing performance improvements.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, experience and qualifications:

• Significant logistics management experience, with exposure to demand and supply planning
• Experience in retail or FMCG supply chain management
• Strong ability to articulate data points into meaningful language and recommend strategies to optimise outcomes
• Experience using JDA Planning Software for stock and production management
• A strong continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to demonstrate programs of value delivery
• A desire to take the lead in driving the supply chain function forward
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across all level
• Proven tenacity with the ability to drive team to accomplish stretch goals
• Tertiary qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related discipline
• An understanding of the mechanics of logistics and supply chain, including network analysis and optimisation
