This fundamental and dynamic role will empower you to use your exceptional customer service and finance skills to work with consumers within our NDIS services, to ensure their financial and administrative needs are met.Working with our dedicated Plan Management Services team you will be presented with something new every day and will contribute to positive lasting outcomes in the lives of our consumers.As this role is working within NDIS, we actively encourage people with lived experience of disability to apply. - Tertiary qualifications in relevant and related discipline or equivalent professional experience
- Membership with ATMA, AAT, CBK, ABAL, CPA, ICB, IPA or CAANZ or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a finance role is essential
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft products
- Proven knowledge of financial processing systems (Brevity Plan management system an advantage)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound judgement and decision-making ability, ability to work autonomously and flexible in a changing environment
- Knowledge of Plan Management under NDIS will be highly regarded
- Current Victorian Drivers’ Licence.
- Willingness to undertake relevant pre-employment screening and checks – including NDIS worker screening check, Police Check, Pre-Employment Medical and Working with Children’s check
- Right to Work in Australia e.g. Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or Visa holder with full working rights.
