Job description: Exciting Opportunity: Pharmacy Technician – Call CenterA-Line Staffing is now hiring Pharmacy Technicians for an inbound Pharmacy Call Center in Issaquah, WA! This is a fantastic contract-to-hire opportunity with flexible scheduling and great pay for licensed and certified pharmacy professionals.Pharmacy Technician Highlights

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:15 PM, plus Saturdays (7:45 AM – 4:15 PM). Candidates will work about 2 Saturdays per month with a weekday off.
• Location: On-site in Issaquah, WA.
• Pay:

• New techs: $18.50/hr
• Techs with 2+ years of experience: $21.50/hr
• Techs with 5+ years of experience: $23.50/hr
• Additional: $2/hr premium for nationally certified pharmacy technicians (e.g., $25.50/hr for experienced, licensed, and nationally certified techs).

Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, assisting customers with order status inquiries, new customer setups, and prior authorizations.
• Provide excellent customer service while adhering to pharmacy standards and policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician License (required).
• National Certification (preferred, with $2/hr pay premium).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Prior call center experience is a plus but not required.
