Key Duties:

• Supervise and manage all pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Oversee prescription fulfillment, medication management, and patient counseling.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage ordering, and control medication costs.
• Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Provide leadership, training, and development opportunities for pharmacy staff.
• Ensure the pharmacy maintains a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both staff and patients.
• Build relationships with patients, offering advice and education to help them manage their health.

Qualifications:

• Valid North Dakota Pharmacist license.
• Previous pharmacy management experience required.
• Prior retail, specialty, or long-term care pharmacy experience.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a patient-first approach.
