Team Lead Pharmacist – 12 Month Contract – London, ON – HealthcareSupervise daily pharmacy operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Collaborate with the pharmacy manager to support quality, compliance, and patient care
Lead, support, and coach a team of 14+ direct reports across various pharmacy roles
Manage workflow, ensure order fulfillment, and maintain operational harmony
Act as the stand-in leader when the pharmacy manager is away
Perform inventory (twice per year) including occasional overnight shifts
Foster a team-first culture of collaboration and accountability
Contribute to relationship-building with long-term care homes and service partnersQualifications
