Providing a high service in line with the company’s professional standards. The successful candidate will support all senior members of staff and report directly in to senior management.

  • Accessing client needs, and developing strategies to streamline their journey.
  • Providing support and resources for clients.
  • Reviewing a client’s case and familiarising background details whilst ensuring that all required documentation has been furnished.
  • Issuing Statutory Notifications to debtors/creditors and all relevant parties including the Insolvency Service of Ireland.
  • Maintaining valuable working relationships with support networks including the Insolvency Service of Ireland
  • Caring for the well-being of clients and managing their expectations.
  • Preparing Proposals to be considered by creditors in line with the Insolvency Service of Ireland’s guidelines with specific reference to the Personal Insolvency Acts 2012-2015 as Amended. Negotiating with creditors to reach agreements and handling appeals if necessary.
  • Arranging valuations in respect of security held by clients.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Possesses superb written and spoken communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues, clients, external resources
  • Very high attention to detail.
  • Good numerical skills.
  • Negotiating skills
  • Excellent time management skills; organised and able to prioritize where necessary
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple cases
  • Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, schedules, dates, and information
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision
  • Comfortable with building personal relationships and dedicated to helping others
  • Empathetic and supportive with mentorship and leadership skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Previous Personal Insolvency experience a plus but not essential.
  • QFA qualified a significant advantage.
