Job description: Job Duties:

  • Handle CEO personal matters and other secretarial duties
  • Assist CEO in executing business projects and monitoring the progress
  • Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders
  • Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations
  • Translate documents
  • Assist in community services, social & business projects
  • Take up ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirements:

  • Degree Holder
  • Minimum 5 years solid experience serving CEO / General Manager in F & B and/or retail sector
  • Understand Accounting knowledge
  • Preference with marketing exposure in retail industry
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Dependable, can-do attitude, conscientious, teamwork, organized and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Oversea exposure is an advantage
  • Having driver’s license us an advantage
  • Excellent PC skills on MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and proficient spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
  • Immediate available is preferable
