Job description: Job DescriptionThe Performance Reporting Coordinator has primary responsibility to provide efficient and effective co-ordination and collation of performance management data, Client Key Performance Indicator information and reporting of business-as-usual metrics. This will support a high performing organisation.The successful candidate will work closely with the Service Delivery Managers, Operations teams, Production Support teams and Application support teams to collate and review operational & performance data to establish performance metrics and look for opportunities to benchmark the services, learn and identify areas for improvement.Role ResponsibilitiesPreparation of Client Key performance indicators including monthly reports, performance dashboards and performance reports.Supporting the development of targets and performance indicatorsPerformance analysis for teams and/or projects including sourcing, formatting and presenting data securely in a range of relevant formats.To provide performance analysis (where appropriate) to support continuous improvement of services.To use information technology software to provide accurate, timely and informative reports that support of decision making.Primary requirementsSolid communication skills, both internally and with clientsExperienced with data collation & reportingStrong Excel, PowerPoint and ideally Power BI skillsPrioritization and delegation skills – sense of urgencyDemonstrates an ability to cope with tight deadlinesDemonstrates high professional standards and a feeling of personal accountability for FNZs performanceIs comfortable acting on own initiativeAbout FNZFNZ is committed to opening up wealth so that everyone, everywhere can invest in their future on their terms.
