Then look no further!Lead end-to-end planning processes within the Performance Finance areaAs Performance Finance Manager, you are a key member of the Global Commercial Finance team leading the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes for the CCO (Chief Commercial Officer) organization. The role is supporting the orchestration of a complex processes and ensures transparency and alignment between various stakeholders including members of the ELT, Commercial organization, Clusters and Corporate Finance. You will be a trusted business partner supporting decision making and driving results to achieve strategic objectives.Role responsibilities include two key areas:Support end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes for the Commercial organization:Plan and coordinate the process from target setting to management reportingEnsure transparency and alignment across the organizationProvide insights and recommendations throughout the processEnsure high standards of planning and clear story lining toward senior stakeholdersCreate relevant tools & templates to support processesSupporting planning transformation projectsAct as a business partner and trusted advisor to the Clusters.Provide insights about performance of dedicated ClustersAct as a sparring partner to drive the business agendaDrive standardisation and correct application of global methodologies and toolsManage ad hoc stakeholder requests from senior managementCommercial and pragmatic mindsetAt Pandora, we continuously strive to create an inclusive and open brand with a culture benefitting from a diverse group of high performing people. You have a strong customer focus and you are able to develop good relationships with your business partners.Furthermore, we are looking for the following competencies:5+ years of experience within Finance in a large global business with a focus on planning and forecastingA master’s degree in Finance, Economics or similarStrong Excel skillsExperience from the retail, fashion or FMCG industry (is a plus)Experience with data models, CUBEs & Power BI (is a plus)Experience with Hyperion (is a plus)Your new teamGlobal Commercial Finance works shoulder-to-shoulder and partners with the CCO to drive and impact global commercial performance.
