A Glimpse into Your New RoleAs a People Partner Manager, you will oversee the HR business partnership for assigned accounts, supporting operations and functional leaders in employee engagement, retention, compliance, and policy enforcement. You will act as the primary liaison between business units and HR functions to foster a positive workplace culture and ensure alignment with company objectives.Key Responsibilities:Employee Relations & Engagement
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Conduct focus group discussions (FGDs) and new hire assimilation activities.
- Implement feedback loops between employees and leadership.
Talent Retention & Performance Management
- Work with operations teams to identify turnover trends and implement retention strategies.
- Support the rollout of performance-driven initiatives to enhance employee growth.
- Ensure effective management of attendance and attrition across accounts.
Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Guide leadership on HR best practices and labor law compliance.
- Oversee policy enforcement, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Act as the primary escalation point for employee concerns and grievances.
HR Operations & Stakeholder Management
- Lead HR Advisors in executing people-related programs and processes.
- Partner with training, HR, and operations teams to drive performance and compliance.
- Ensure data-driven decision-making through reporting and trend analysis.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR leadership or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.
- Experience using HRMS software and data analytics for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead a team and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
