Then it seems like you’d make an outstanding addition to our vibrant international team.Join our People and Organization team as the Human Resource Business Partner and help drive people agenda.You‘ll make an impact by:Act as a trusted partner to the business, bring deep insights, an independent viewpoint and HR expertise to business issues. You will also play a key role in orchestrating and facilitating changes to organizational culture, design and structure by consult with and influence leaders to act on emerging people related topics.

  • Understand business and its strategy, be active part of the decision-making process across all facets of the organization.
  • Understand the external world and its implication on the business and people strategy (industries, markets, customer, people practices, etc.)
  • Ensure implementation of Global HR initiatives.
  • Lead and contribute to the implementation of HR programs.
  • Coach and enable leaders to be more effective.
  • Drive discussions related to workforce and organization design changes and provide recommendations.
  • Partnering with business leaders to actively analyze and drive culture change in line with business strategy.
  • Enable business to develop a diverse, robust talent pipeline.
  • Guide the business on the appropriate HR programs, process and policies based on the business environment/strategy.

Your success is grounded in

  • Bachelor in Human Resources, Business Administration or Finance.
  • 5 years experience in HR with at least 2 years as HRBP.
  • PHR ,SHRM or CIPD is an advantage.
  • Advance communication skill
  • Fluent in English.
