You’ll gain experience across a range of projects and develop skills that will help propel your career in HR, operations, and beyond.If you’re a proactive, detail-oriented individual who enjoys solving HR helpdesk problems and working with HR systems we’d love to hear from you!This position is based in the UK and eligible for remote working and reports into the Senior Director, People & Business Operations.Job Description:What You’ll Do:Be the go-to person for tier I support for our People & Culture helpdesk, solving problems and escalating when necessary.Responsible for the delivery of shared services for the People & Culture team for example, running reports, data entry, workday queries and testing workday solutions.Act as the primary liaison between P&C, procurement and accounts payable teams managing and owning the contract, PO and invoicing process for all of P&C.Help our Talent Acquisition team by coordinating and scheduling interviews, keeping the hiring process moving smoothly.Develop and create training materials, such as job aids, to support various People & Culture systems and processes.Collaborate on projects and initiatives that drive continuous improvement within the organization.What We’re Looking For:Experience with Workday or other HR platforms is a plus, along with prior HR experience. (1-5 years of experience is ideal).Experience resolving workday/HR system issues and queries.Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail—you’re comfortable compiling, analyzing, and interpreting employee data.Project management/ process driven skills are a bonus!You’re a self-starter, able to juggle multiple tasks, and you thrive when solving queries.Exceptional organizational skills with a knack for prioritizing and meeting deadlines.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and diplomatic approach.Fluency in English is required.This opportunity is open to internal and external candidates.
