Job description: We’re on the lookout for a hands-on Recruitment & Administration Team Leader to join a well-respected organisation that’s experiencing steady growth. This is a people-first role, ideal for someone who’s confident leading from the front, managing workflows, and ensuring the right people are brought into the business.You’ll be responsible for overseeing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, while also leading a small admin team to keep operations running smoothly. It’s a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to bring out the best in others.What you’ll be doing:

• Leading recruitment campaigns across multiple departments
• Coordinating onboarding, inductions, and candidate care
• Coaching and supporting a small administration team
• Improving systems, processes, and documentation
• Reporting on recruitment activity and admin performance
• Supporting senior leadership with day-to-day operations
• Supporting the general managers, site managers and HR managers with general practices

• We’re after someone who:
• Has proven experience in recruitment or HR
• Brings strong coordination and people leadership skills
• Is highly organised, process-driven, and solutions-focused
• Can build strong relationships at all levels of a business
• Has solid knowledge of NZ employment practices
