Job description: We are looking for a dynamic and innovative People Analytics Specialist who thrives on uncovering insights, driving initiatives, and turning data into compelling stories. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, process improvement, and operational excellence, with opportunities to partner closely with multiple teams across the organization.As a key member of the People team, you will own the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of People data, driving impactful initiatives that enhance both processes and outcomes. Working with stakeholders like Business Partners, Finance, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and the Community Manager, you will take a proactive approach to automation and innovation, ensuring our systems and analytics continuously improve.   • Analyze People data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.
  • Build engaging visualizations and reports to tell a story with data, making complex insights easy to understand.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to highlight trends and achievements using data storytelling.
  • Monitor key HR metrics, identifying trends and proactively recommending actions.
  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and external requirements.

Systems, Processes, & Automation:

  • Drive improvements in HR systems, data accuracy, and reporting processes.
  • Lead data compliance efforts, ensuring alignment with data protection regulations and company policies.
  • Champion automation initiatives, streamlining workflows, and reducing manual work through technology solutions.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and HR functions to enhance systems and workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas of inefficiency and implement solutions that optimize processes.
  • Manage HRIS and other relevant platforms, ensuring data integrity, usability, and automation opportunities.

Partnerships & Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Business Partners, Payroll, and Finance to align People strategies with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager to foster a data-driven approach to employee engagement.
  • Proactively engage with other People teams to champion analytics-driven projects.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for data-driven decision-making across the business.

Operations & Versatility:

  • Step into operational or HRIS/data-related tasks as needed, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of People team objectives.
  • Balance analytics with hands-on operational support when required.

About you

  • Fluent business English
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with proven experience in People Analytics, HRIS, or a similar data-focused HR role.
  • Experience conducting data audits, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high standards of data integrity.
  • High proficiency in Excel, and similar data visualization platforms.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (HiBob, Greenhouse) and data management.
  • Experience in process improvement or operational excellence is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Quick thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Improvement-driven, always seeking better ways to do things.
  • A creative problem solver who thinks outside the box.
  • Ability to tell a compelling story through data and insights.
  • Proactive in driving initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong focus on data accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.
