About the role:As our P&C Compliance Manager you will have the opportunity to join a fun, collaborative, and hardworking team supporting a diverse organisation.This position will be responsible for enhancing the employee experience by ensuring compliant and efficient people practices. This role champions a positive employee experience through clear communication, accessible resources and process improvements while ensuring adherence to all relevant legislation and supporting business objectives.Not needing to be a systems specialist you will however ideally be a P&C/HR professional who is tech savvy and comfortable working with internal intranets and various systems.Flexibility of working from home and from our North Sydney corporate head office in a hybrid environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update P&C policies standards and procedures to ensure they are current compliant with legislation, support business needs and are easily understood and accessible to all employees across our diverse business.
- Effectively communicate changes to internal policies through clear concise and engaging channels ensuring all employees are informed.
- Maintain and enhance the company intranet to create a user-friendly and easily navigable resource centre for all employees.
- Leverage technology to identify and implement solutions that automate processes, streamline workflows and improve access to online forms, self-service portals and channels.
- Identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external audits related to P&C.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring on time delivery and adherence to budget.
Your skills:
- Qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Ideally experience in a similar HR/ People & Culture role, in a medium to large complex organisation.
- Experience in managing employee and industrial relations issues.
- Experience leveraging technology to automate processes improve efficiency to enhance employee experience.
- Strong analytical and problem solving to proactively identify and mitigate P&C compliance risks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, well developed communications – both verbal and written.
