Location: Santa Ana, CA (Onsite)
Pay: Up to $34/hr (Temp-to-Hire)
Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PMA construction-related company in Santa Ana is looking for a Payroll Specialist with certified payroll and prevailing wage experience. This is a full-time, onsite temp-to-hire role.Key Duties:Process weekly payroll for ~160 employees, including prevailing wageHandle full-cycle payroll from entry to processingEnsure compliance with CA payroll laws, garnishments, and tax rulesSupport payroll system transition to PaycomHelp during department changes and cross-trainingRequirements:Prevailing wage and certified payroll experience requiredExperience with Paycom is a plusStrong knowledge of CA payroll lawsAble to run payroll independentlyDetail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced settingLooking for someone to start ASAP.

Expected salary: $34 per hour
