Job description: Job description We are seeking a meticulous and service-oriented Payroll Outsourcing Specialist to join our growing HR services team. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance, and thrives in a client-facing environment. You will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll services to our clients across various industries. – Manage end-to-end payroll processing for assigned client portfolios. – Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time, in compliance with statutory regulations. – Handle statutory submissions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and annual forms (e.g., EA, Form E). – Prepare and review payroll reports, variance checks, and reconciliation reports. – Act as the main point of contact for clients on payroll-related matters. – Respond to client queries professionally and in a timely manner. – Maintain up-to-date payroll records and documentation. – Collaborate with internal teams such as support, implementation, and HRIS. – Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll information.Requirements – Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a payroll outsourcing environment. – Strong knowledge of Malaysian payroll regulations and statutory requirements. – Proficient in using payroll software and Microsoft Excel. – Experience with HRMS or payroll systems is an added advantage. – Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client portfolios. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. – Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines. – High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential data.Benefits Please get in touch with us for more information.Additional Information
