Startdate: ASAPThe RoleWe are partnering with a well regarded professional services organsiation who are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead and manage the end to end the payroll function for a well-established. This is a hands-on role overseeing operations for approximately 460 employees across two entities, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and internal policies.Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end fortnightly payroll processing (salaried and casual staff)
• Ensure accurate calculations for adjustments, terminations, and leave entitlements
• Lead payroll-related projects, including system enhancements and process improvements
• Maintain strong relationships with external providers, particularly ADP Payforce
• Provide leadership and day-to-day support to the Payroll Officer

About You

• Experience with ADP Payforce
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and Single Touch Payroll
• Proven ability to interpret awards and manage complex payroll scenarios
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail, confidentiality, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Experience leading or mentoring team members
