Job description: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESGuiding clients through the new account setup process. Perform the analysis, builds the companyframework, converts and/or prepares conversion data for data entry, assists client in preparing payrollinput, processes initial payrolls, provides training for new clients to ensure the client understands howthe technology functions. Escalate complex questions to Lead or Manager. Cross train to supportancillary services and resolve client issues and questions.
- Liaise with Client Payroll Contact
- Primary contact for clients during the set-up process
- Perform a detail intake of the client’s needs during welcome call
- Maintain communication with client during implementation process
- Liaise with Ancillary Product Specialist
- Partner with the Ancillary Product Specialist to review all services elected by the company
- Implementation Duties
- Build the company framework
- Export and/or create company information, employee information
- Prepare Conversion data, balance the results to payroll reports/tax returns
- Create implementation cases (ie. tax, finance, billing)
- Process first payroll with client
- Train client on software
- Maintain ongoing client updates (ie. earning, deductions, memo calculation, accruals) for existing clients
- Maintain a healthy team environment with colleagues, support other
- Implementation Specialists for QA checks
- Support additional payroll department requirements
- Projects as needed
- Daily cases – NSF, direct deposit issues, report back to finance, wires
- Client requests for reports, questions about payroll, payroll changes, tax notices
- Workers Compensation, open cases in salesforce, employee accruals
- Assist Payroll Specialist as needed
Experience:1+ years relevant experience (bookkeeping, service bureau, financial services, construction/union/benefits). Worked with and supported small to mid-market size organizations.Education:High School diploma, Associates Degree preferableSpecific Skills Needed:
- Ability to make day-to-day decisions regarding client implementation
- Ability to manage a schedule/calendar to complete set-ups, trainings, processing’s in a timely manner
- Basic computer knowledge and Microsoft Office knowledge
- Detail oriented

- Analytical skills
- Ability to work under time constraints, deadline driven
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong organization, written and oral communication skills
- Daily dashboard, process payroll throughout the day, communicate with client via email or phone, payroll contact at company
- Payroll processing

- Escalation of issues to management
Expected salary: $55000 – 65000 per year
