Key Responsibilities:
Provide our award-winning service to clients to maintain client relationship on regular basis
Perform end-to-end payroll processing, C&B administration including leave & attendance, medical insurance, on/off-boarding operations
Prepare HR reports, billing and payment reports and bank reconciliation
Liaise with clients to resolving day-to-day payroll and C&B related matters
Work closely with service providers in relation to pension, insurance and tax authority
Maintain up-to-date payroll data and staff information in HRIS
Provide for other administrative support to the payroll team such as visa application
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources, Accounting and/or end to end HR payroll processes
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HK payroll or C&B
Ability to handle high volume payroll work & adapt to change
Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
Knowledge in processing Hong Kong / Macau work visa application will be advantageous
Must be good in excel application and sensitive to numbers
Action-orientated, detail minded and organized
Solid in payroll procedures, payroll software exposure and Microsoft office
Strong communication skills and inter-personal skills
Fluent in spoken English
