If you are a game-changer in the world of HR and payroll, we want you on our team.What You Will Be DoingRevolutionize Payroll Operations: Lead and manage payroll for a large workforce of over 5,000 employees or more with precision and compliance.Drive HR System Automation and Innovation: Implement payroll solutions and process improvements to enhance efficiency.Transform HR Shared Services: Oversee Payroll, Benefits Administration, Employee Data Management, and more.Lead Payroll and Offboarding Teams: Ensure seamless payroll processing, labor law compliance, and accurate benefits administration.Be a Strategic HR Leader: Collaborate with HR teams to analyze, refine, and elevate payroll and compensation strategies.Navigate Labor Union Relations: Manage negotiations related to payroll, benefits, and employee compensation.What You Bring to the TableProven Experience: You have managed payroll operations for over 5,000 employees and have a strong grasp of labor laws. It is a plus point if you have handled labor unions!HR System and Payroll Automation Expertise: You have implemented SAP, Workday, ADP, or similar payroll solutions.Labor Union Knowledge: You understand how to navigate and negotiate in unionized environments.Leadership Excellence: You have led high-performing teams and driven HR transformation projects.Strategic Thinker and Problem-Solver: You thrive on optimizing processes and ensuring payroll compliance.

Expected salary: 200000 – 250000 per year
