Job description: The candidate will be assigned as Payroll, Compensation and HR Analytics Manager reporting directly to the Head of Human Resources. Responsibilities Payroll Responsible for overseeing and directing payroll procedures, ensuring compliance with laws and tax obligations, supervising the payroll officer, and maintaining accurate payroll records. Develop systems for processing various payroll transactions, including salaries, benefits, deductions, taxes, and third-party payments. Ensure adherence to local compensation laws and regulations, keeping the organization compliant. Direct and supervise all payroll procedures and collaborate closely with auditors and manage payroll tax audits effectively. Compensation Administer and manage the salary structure across the organization and oversee salary computations, promotions, and salary adjustments. Develop, implement, and administer compensation programs, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of existing compensation practices, proposing cost-effective changes in line with compensation trends. Design innovative solutions for compensation-related programs and incentive plans and create techniques for compiling, preparing, and presenting compensation-related data. Oversee participation in salary surveys and evaluate survey data to achieve corporate compensation goals and actively participate in job leveling initiatives to ensure consistent compensation standards. HR Analytics Manage and oversee the usage of the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software and create and maintain new and ad hoc HR reports. Collaborate with Business Unit Heads to optimize resource allocation (productivity rates, utilization, attrition), reduce staffing gaps, and to anticipate resource needs. Qualifications Must have minimum of 5 years experience as a Payroll and Compensation manager or in a similar role. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or related field; professional certification (e.g. CPP, CPM) is an advantage. With comprehensive knowledge of payroll procedures and relevant laws and proficiency in managing multi-location payroll and associated tax implications. Familiarity with payroll software and HRIS platforms and MS Office tools, especially strong proficiency and advanced skills with Excel. Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical mindset and mathematical skills. Strong data analysis skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights and drive strategic decisions. Strong organizational and leadership abilities and outstanding written and verbal communication skill.
