  • Process payroll accounting for employees, ensuring the accuracy of all payments, tax calculations, and deductions.
  • Resolve discrepancies related to payroll, taxes, balances, and vacation accounts.
  • Monitor the processing of bank payments and all payroll-related transactions.
  • Assist in managing tax corrections and other payroll-related adjustments.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports, including payroll-related financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant payroll laws, standards, and internal regulations.
  • Assist with the implementation of changes resulting from new legal requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive payroll and financial data.

Experience and educationAt least 3 years of payroll accounting experience or in a similar role. * Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax reconciliation, and relevant regulations.

  • Experience with payroll/accounting software such as SAP is a plus.
  • Professional working proficiency in Danish and English.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • High level of accuracy and numeracy, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
