HCP/EE Payment Specialist team. The HCP Payment Support Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing payments to healthcare professionals in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of healthcare compliance standards, exceptional analytical abilities, and a keen eye for detail. This role requires excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The role will be integral to the improvement of efficiencies in the Global Hubs payment processes and deliver consistent and compliant ways of working. These responsibilities include some of the following: Payment Processing: Manage the end-to-end process of healthcare professional payments, including but not limited to honoraria, consulting fees, speaker fees, and travel reimbursements. Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments in accordance with contractual agreements and company policies. Adhere to the payment process and SLA’s in producing the PO’s and raise related Invoices in a prompt manner. Maintain detailed records of payment transactions and related documentation. Ensuring customer queries are dealt with in a timely manner. Investigate payment issue and respond back to the stakeholders as soon as possible. Compliance Oversight: Stay up-to-date on relevant healthcare compliance regulations, i.e. transparency reporting requirements, and any country specific legal and compliance requirements. Ensure all payments to healthcare professionals comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Maintaining Hub finance policies, SOPS and guidance documents. Vendor Management: Submit Expert invoices to P2P to process within the SLA of receiving the confirmation of the event being completed Work with P2P to support the payment processors to facilitate payment processing and resolve any issues or discrepancies. Request for Vendor creation through Fiori/ Ariba. Reporting and Analysis: Update the payment trackers and the internal Reporting system in order to enerate reports and conduct analyses related to HCP payments, including tracking spending trends, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring we deliver the KPI’s Ensure the data input is robust and meet TOV requirements and are tracked and reported accurately in finance systems Assisting in the delivery of level 1 quality framework (checklists) and support of QA audits (level 2-3) Why you Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Pharma Industry experience (desirable but not mandatory) Finance process (e.g. accounts payable or receivable) experience External Stakeholder management experience (desirable but not mandatory) Knowledge on Transfer of Value (desirable but not mandatory) Strong Communication experience. Service Industry Experience (desirable but not mandatory) Experience in managing a high-performance team. Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies to deliver a consistent approach. Self-motivated works as part of a highly matrixed global team.
