If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.Job Title Payment Processing Technical Business AnalystWhat does a successfulTechnical Business Analyst do?The Technical Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing client requirements and subsequently converting them into technical requirements for the DEV and Test teams using Scrum. The analysis will focus on payment processing for our payment processing platforms, primarily for the acquiring business. They will work in collaboration with the Ops team responsible for the production environment, as well as other departments and teams, to design new solutions. They will be responsible for compliance requirements and their analysis for major and minor payment schemes. They will address various questions and facilitate discussions with our clients regarding transaction scenarios for already implemented solutions.What you will need to have:

  • Experience in real-time transaction processing and system that processes online payments.
  • Knowledge of payment Acquiring or Issuing business desirable.
  • PCI DSS and PCI PIN Security Compliance.
  • Visa, MasterCard protocols knowledge and compliance.
  • Overview of minor payment schemes and their compliance requirements.
  • Work in Agile Scrum, preparation of stories, knowledge of JIRA is desirable.
  • Preparation of business and functional documentation, release notes for clients.
  • Troubleshooting of production, testing & certification issues.
  • Overview in the cryptographic aspect of payments and the necessity of securing sensitive data.
  • Organize meetings and be able to present technical solutions.
  • Excellent analytical problem determination and solving skills.

  • Knowledge of back-office solutions such as merchant settlement and clearing.
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, with a drive and commitment to delivery.
  • Knowledge of a fraud solution for online payments.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
  • Stay active and up-to-date with technology trends, directions, and innovations. related to the technologies and services in use.
  • Experience with cloud solutions for payment processing.
