Job description: Payment Operation Specialist / Payment Operation Senior SpecialistJob Description :

• Manage daily inward and outward payments (CHATS & TT, fund transfer, FPS, FX etc.), ensuring all transactions are timely and efficiently executed.
• Conduct daily reconciliation and settlement tasks.
• Follow up with banking partners and FX vendors on special issues or exceptions.
• Handle and resolve payment exceptions promptly.
• Manage, investigate, and resolve inquiries or requests from internal and external partners, customers, and service providers concerning transaction processing and related matters.
• Participate in and handle ad hoc projects such as system enhancement, user requirements definition, and user acceptance testing.
• Perform suspense accounts reconciliation and monitoring to maintain financial integrity.
• Contribute to overall operational efficiency by identifying opportunities to improve workflows and procedures.
• Lead the payment operation team, providing guidance and support to team members.
• Conduct quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) for payment operation processes to ensure high standards are maintained.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of local and international payment methods, settlement arrangements, and related systems.
• Experience in payment operations and customer service.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to maintain professional relationships with external and internal counterparts and stakeholders.
