- Ensuring all Faster Payments, CHAPS, and manual cheque payments are processed accurately and within deadlines.
- Validating daily BACS return files in compliance with BACS rules and guidelines.
- Preparing and maintaining data for Payment Practices Reporting in line with legislation.
- Processing and reconciling Loan Origination payments, working closely with the Underwriting team.
- Preparing and executing month-end tasks, including reflective reporting and BACS return file processing.
- Managing the Corporate Credit Card process for the business, ensuring authorisations are in line with mandates and that exception reporting takes place monthly in a timely manner.
In return for your commitmentWe offer a base salary dependent on experience of between £25,000 – £28,000 and a competitive benefits package including:

Could you be the one?We are looking for talented individuals who have the experience and knowledge set out below:
- Previous experience working in a high-volume role, handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong administrative experience within a finance or regulated environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with Bankline, Barclays.Net, or similar financial software is desirable.
