Job description: NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Patient Pay Collector to join our team for a hybrid role in Monroeville, PA.This is a 3+ month contract role.Hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm EST – Hybrid (in office 2 days a week every 2 weeks)Accounts Receivable – Patient Pay Collector will be responsible for validating patient balances, working with other departments to determine validity, and making outbound calls to patients to collect on balances.
