Unlock your potential with Toyota New Zealand as a Parts & Strategic Sales Analyst and transform data into impactful strategies for our Parts and Accessory Sales team!The purpose of this role is to create detailed reports for key stakeholders in a timely, consistent, and accurate manner. This includes uncovering insights and trends and offering strategic recommendations to management for parts and accessory sales.This opportunity is permanent/full-time based on-site Monday – Friday at our Head Office in Palmerston North.What’s involved in the role:

• Responsible for preparing daily, monthly, and yearly reporting for key stakeholders.
• Interpret and analyse raw data to create insightful reports and dashboards using relevant statistical techniques.
• Monitor parts invoicing to ensure accuracy, reflecting this in JDE.
• Analysing data to accurately forecast the annual parts and accessories budget.
• Support with increasing parts & accessory sales to stores.

To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:

• A relevant tertiary level qualification (preferably in finance or business).
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Great organisational skills
• The ability to build strong relationships and communicate with internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels on a regular basis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Analytical skills – you will be able to interpret data to make quick decisions
