Crusader Talent is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as the Partnerships Manager-Live Content. This role focuses on growing and connecting Crusader’s roster of talented live streamers with brands and platforms to create impactful sponsorships and partnerships.The ideal candidate will combine consultative selling skills with a deep understanding of livestreaming platforms like Twitch, Kick, and YouTube. You will be responsible for driving revenue through strategic partnerships while ensuring creators and brands achieve their goals. Success in this role requires exceptional sales acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.This position is full-time, remote, and reports to the Chief Executive Officer.Key Responsibilities:– Prospect and secure brand sponsorships and platform partnerships that align with Crusader’s live content creators.
– Identify and onboard emerging and established livestreaming talent on platforms like Twitch, YouTube, and Kick.
– Develop and pitch customized partnership opportunities tailored to the needs of both clients and brands.
– Drive revenue growth by proactively seeking relationships with direct clients and agencies across gaming, tech, and entertainment industries.
– Use a consultative approach to offer strategic solutions that drive measurable results for clients.
– Collaborate with internal teams and creators to develop compelling sponsorship packages backed by audience and performance data.
– Oversee contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms for creators and clients while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
– Provide exceptional sales and operational support to ensure clients and creators receive a seamless experience.
– Stay updated on trends in livestreaming, gaming, and influencer marketing to identify new opportunities for partnerships.Desired Skills and Experience:– Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
– 2+ years of B2B sales experience in media, agency, or talent sales).
– Strong understanding of livestreaming platforms such as Twitch, Kick, and YouTube, as well as the broader creator economy.
– Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
– Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
– Self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities and a willingness to adapt to shifting priorities.
– Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
– Knowledge of contract terms, influencer marketing disclosure requirements, and platform partnership structures is a plus.Working Hours:
