  • Research and outreach to potential content partners on Threads, Instagram and other social platforms.
  • Negotiate and close partnership deals that optimize reach, engagement, and traffic generation.
  • Continuously analyze market trends to uncover new partnership opportunities on emerging social platforms.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with content partners, ensuring mutual value and performance optimization.
  • Act as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring they understand expectations, deliverables, and performance goals.
  • Provide ongoing support and insights to help partners improve their content’s performance.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of partnerships using traffic and engagement data.
  • Generate performance reports, identifying successes, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the analytics and monetization teams to align partnership strategies with revenue goals.

What We Expect:

  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, social media growth, or digital content distribution.
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing content partnerships that drive traffic and engagement.
  • Strong understanding of Threads, Instagram, Twitter (X), and other emerging social platforms from a partnership perspective.
  • Experience in negotiating and closing deals with content creators, influencers, or media partners.
  • Strong analytical mindset – ability to interpret traffic data, engagement metrics, and optimize partnerships accordingly.
  • Deep knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and engagement tactics to maximize reach.
  • Solid project management skills – ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously without losing efficiency.
  • Creative problem solver – ability to identify innovative ways to grow Bored Panda’s audience through partnerships.
